Only the first day, but a deal's a deal... :)

Did my workout earlier today. Sit ups and push ups, even did some curls with 20lb weights. All told, it was about 20 minutes worth of exercise, but it's the first workout I've really had the chance to do in a week or so.

I managed to avoid fast food today, and I made "Salmon Burgers". Salmon, healthy... The Olive Oil Mayo? Probably not as healthy, but it was still good. I've got the link to the recipe here, in case you're interested.
