Old Dominion Added A Surprise To Their 'Make It Sweet' 'Ellen' Performance

Old Dominion brought the television debut of their single, "Make It Sweet," to The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday (October 16), contributing to the daytime talk show's upbeat energy, but there was also a big surprise at the end of their appearance.

During the first-time TV rendition of the track, Matthew Ramsey, Brad Tursi, Trevor Rosen, Geoff Sprung, and drummer Whit Sellers helped elevate the energy in the studio with the breezy cut. "'Cause I'm stuck on you, you're stuck on me/ I never gotta wonder where my honey be/ I ain't savin' all my sugar for a Saturday night/ Seven days a week I got an appetite," they crooned during the hook.

Right at the end of their performance, the group also announced that they'll be headlining California's Stagecoach Festival next April alongside the likes of Luke Bryan, Sam Hunt, Jason Aldean and more. "We are super stoked because there’s an epic country music festival that happens here in California called Stagecoach," Ramsey told the crowd. "A lot of people like Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean and Sam Hunt and us — we're excited to play it this year." In typical Ellen fashion, she also announced that all the audience members would be receiving a $350 pass for the three-day festival, courtesy of the band and Goldenvoice. If you weren't in the audience, you can grab your own pass to Stagecoach on Friday. Head over to their official website for more information!
