Queen of country, Dolly Parton, is in London to promote her Rockstar album.
She's been so busy hawking her new album that she had to turn down tea with Princess Kate. She tells the BBC, “And I felt so bad… I couldn’t even go! They had all this stuff set up. She wasn’t going to promote my rock album, so I had to say no."
Dolly's Rockstar album comes out in the States on November 17th.
