Therese De Leon and 10 other high school students from Clarksburg High School were dressed for prom when they decided to go to Ted’s Bulletin, a local restaurant, for dinner. Shortly after they ordered, their server approached them and said one of the restaurants' regular customers wanted to tell them they looked stunning. She also wanted to pay for their entire meal so the kids should go ahead and order whatever they wanted.
At first the teens thought it was a joke but when they realized the woman was serious they were overwhelmed with joy! After their meal they went over to her table and expressed their gratitude. Teresa told FOX5, “What we will never forget were the kind words she left with us... before we left her table she reminded us to ‘always love ourselves’ and to remember that ‘we are beautiful inside and out.’”
