Celebrate National Napping Day!

According to NationalDayCalendar.com (and parents everywhere), the Monday after Daylight Savings Time begins is "National Napping Day"!

Since you lost an hour of sleep over the weekend, a quick rest can help you feel better, lighten your mood, and help you be more energetic! 

How long to nap? That's up to you, but numerous studies have shown that short 10-20 minute naps are best when midday fatigue hits.
