Taylor Swift Is Suing For $1 In Groping Trial

Taylor Swift has appeared in court where she has accused a radio DJ of groping her during a meet-n-greet photo shoot.

Swift says that broadcaster David Mueller slipped his hand under her dress while posing for a photo together at one of her concerts at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Taylor says that he reached under her dress and grabbed her bottom and "no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there," according to court documents.

TMZ has found the photo in question...

Mueller, on the other hand, denies that anything inappropriate happened, and actually filed suit against Swift in 2015 saying that her allegations had cost him his job and damaged his professional reputation. He is seeking to have his name cleared and suing for $3 million in damages.

After that, Taylor filed a countersuit one month later for assault and battery and in a 2016 deposition says the felt "violated in a way I had never experienced before." In her countersuit, she is seeking $1 in damages and hopes that this case will serve "as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts," according to documents file with the court.
