According to his publicist, entertainer Roy Clark passed away at his home in Tulsa, OK due to complications from pneumonia at the age of 85.
Clark is remembered as an amazing instrumentalist, playing with Country stars like Hank Williams, Glen Campbell, and many others.
Roy Clark is also remembered by so many as an inspiration to play music and learn to be as skilled as the late musician, including Brad Paisley.
Clark was also a co-host of the long running "Hee Haw" comedy show where he told jokes and played music with some of the best in the business. He was also made a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 1987, as well as inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2009.
A memorial celebration will be held in Tulsa in the coming days.
