A new trailer was just released for the new movie Ghostbusters: Afterlife and I absolutely HAD to share it with everyone! This movie picks up from the original 1980s Ghostbusters movies with Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis, and leaves the boundaries of New York City for a slightly different, more hometown setting. From the look of the trailer, we get a little bit of backstory and we find out what's been happening to the crew since those good 'ole days and if you pay close attention to the trailer, you'll see plenty of nods to the original movies, including one of Bill Murray's orations from the start of the original film where he's explaining about how fate is bringing them together.
The new Ghostbusters: Afterlife is due in theaters next summer.
