Hard to believe how quickly this last year has flown by, but it's happened and Baby DJ is now officially One Year Old!!! I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who has asked after him and prayed for him over the last year, and ask that you keep up the great work! It takes a lot of prayers to make it all work and my family and I appreciate everybody!
On to the update!
So, the birthday party actually started the night before the party with my wife and I doing decorations until midnight or so... My job was to blow up all the balloons and work on the balloon garland, and it turned out looking pretty good! We had a Mickey themed party with all sorts of decorations including the "Hot Diggity Dog Bar" and lots of other great ideas thanks to my better half. All things told, it was a great party with lots of friends and family...... And lots of gifts featuring everyone's favorite mouse!

And on to the One Year checkup... We went in and found out that Baby DJ has grown to a little more than 2.5ft tall and a whopping 27lbs these days! The doctor also said that he's ready to start enjoying regular foods and putting down the bottles! So far, we're doing really good with the food, but not doing so well with the choice to use a cup for milk or water. If anyone has tips or suggestions on that, they're appreciated as always!
