This video is from part of a fireworks display that was supposed to happen in San Diego. This is a video from one of the 3 barges full of fireworks that was supposed to be part of an 18 minute show... But instead, it turned into a 20 second display of ALL the fireworks they had. People in the area say that you could see this display from as far as 20 miles away!
