Seems people have really gotten used to the flexibility of working from home. A new survey of people who are employed or currently looking for work found that 78% of respondents said schedule flexibility in their job has become an “absolute necessity.” Since the start of the pandemic, here's what respondents say are the most important aspects of a job:
