Arkansas' own Matt Stell will be performing the national anthem on Sunday, August 23rd, before the Drydene 311 NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday at Dover International Speedway in Dover, Delaware.
Matt will be performing the Star Spangled Banner virtually at around 3pm CDT. Be sure to tune in and cheer on an Arkansas native before the race!
