Fast And Furious Nissan Sells For Record $1.18M

The blue 2000 Nissan Skyline GT-R from the Fast and Furious movie in 2009 -- that was originally owned by actor Paul Walker -- sold for a record-breaking $1.18 million at auction.

This broke a record for any car sold from the Fast and Furious films, and -- as an added bonus -- it's also the most expensive Nissan ever sold.

The new owner is getting something special, for sure. The car’s condition is described as “excellent” -- and has never been driven on the street since it was originally purchased in 1998. According to TheDrive.com, Paul Walker insisted that the car would be left sticker-free and unadorned. The Nissan GT-R received a new hood, Nismo bumper, and side skirts added aftermarket, plus a large front-mount intercooler and had the boost levels turned up to increase output to 550 horsepower!

Strangely enough, this car sold for nearly double the price of the iconic orange Supra that Paul Walker drove in the first film.
