In Naples, Florida, a restaurant was able to stay in business during coronavirus shutdown, thanks to a longtime customer who donated money to keep the restaurant afloat.
The customer enjoys eating at Bill’s Café -- owned by Bill Salley -- so much that he wanted to do what he could to help out.
So, the customer gave Bill a whopping $42,000 for the cafe, to provide 100 breakfast sandwiches to hospital workers five days a week for two months.
And now that restrictions are being lifted, Bill’s Café is getting back to normal. They’re still making food for front line workers -- as well as for the generous regular customer who helped them through it all.
