In Northern California, a man who'd lost his dog in the mountains came up with an ingenious idea to get his beloved pet back. He plugged in a large loudspeaker and used it to call the dog's name.
And, it worked.
Robert Bluntsworth lost his dog, Matrix, when Matrix left Robert’s 40-acre ranch -- and ran deep into the nearby redwood forests.
Not surprisingly, Matrix got lost in the woods and Robert couldn’t find him.
Robert then hooked up a PA system and started shouting for his dog.
Sure enough, Matrix heard him and made his way back through the woods.
When Matrix arrived, he was all muddy and, according to Robert, he “did look a little embarrassed.” But thanks to the brilliant idea to hook up the speaker, Robert was able to lure Matrix back to safety.
