While some people love to work out, others would rather do anything but, and will come up with any excuse not to have to exercise. So, what are some of those excuses?
A new British survey, which could easily translate here, finds:
- 35% of people are likely to make some sort of excuse to get out of exercising in the evening.
- Another 20% are likely to make an excuse to get out of their morning workout.
- More than 50% will come up with an excuse to bail when working out on their own.
- Another 30% will find a reason to skip working out with someone else.
- Food, apparently is a good excuse for some, with 10% skipping a workout because they were too hungry, and another 16% bailing because they had just eaten.
