According to THV 11, The Garland County Sheriff's Office is looking for 15 year old Owen Barthel from Hot Springs and need your help.
Barthel was last seen in the Walker Court area in Hot Springs on June 18th. The Sherriff's Office reports that he may be wearing a dark blue shirt, black shorts, and black shoes.
