I'm always trying to find a unique costume idea and think of ways to make my outfit memorable... But I don't think I will ever beat this one! This little one is dressed up as a Thunderstorm for Halloween and her costume comes complete with lightning (provided by dozens of LED lights) and you can even make it rain on command!
Seriously, this could be the best Halloween costume I've ever seen! So creative and original, and SO COOL!
