North Little Rock Schools will be closing early on Thursday, August 27th, in preparation for the severe weather that could be coming to the Little Rock area. According to the North Little Rock Schools website:
Hurricane Laura is expected to bring inclement weather to Arkansas. As a result, the North Little Rock School District will end classes early on Thursday.
Elementary: 1:00 p.m.
Middle: 1:50 p.m.
High: 2:30 p.m.
All after school events scheduled for tomorrow have been postponed. Central Office will close at 3:00 p.m.
We will communicate on tomorrow about our plans to hold classes on Friday.
As it relates to early dismissal tomorrow, students enrolled in the Virtual Academy will adhere to the class times given by their teachers.
