Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their daughter Lilibet Diana, rumors have swirled that they wanted her to get a Royal christening at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor. But apparently, that’s not happening, thanks to Prince William.
Harry and Meghan were excited about the christening plans also because it’d be a good opportunity for them to reunite with the Royals – especially Queen Elizabeth II, who they named Lilibet after. But Royal correspondent Neil Sean tells “The Express” that Will vetoed the idea of hosting the christening at Windsor.
“Moving forward, there was one person who basically decided there wasn't an appetite for this and the person that seemingly is, so far, not willing to kiss and make up with his younger brother,” he says. “According to a very good source, Prince William was the one who basically said 'no, we don't think this is going to work,' it wasn't a particularly good idea."
