During his press conference today, Governor Hutchinson said that Arkansans will soon be able to start camping out, getting haircuts, and dining at their favorite restaurants again very soon! According to the Governor, we could see a return to restaurants in just a couple of weeks. He also gave a little more information about other area institutions and their return to business as usual in the coming days.
