Now that vaccinations have been reaching teachers, nursing homes, and other essential Arkansans, the Governor issued a new proclamation that extends the public health emergency for a while longer, but that the mask mandate may be allowed to expire on March 31st if certain criteria are met!
In addition to that, Governor Hutchinson announced that effective today, all other "public health directives" that were issued have been stepped down to "public health guidelines." The difference would be mostly noticed in gyms, salons, restaurants and places of public business. The full announcement and more details are available in the video below.
