Tyler Hubbard’s newest ballad is about “overcoming the hurdles and curveballs life throws our way,” and holding onto “hope.”

Hubbard wrote “Land” with Zach Abend, Greylan James and Canaan Smith. The song made its debut on Friday (May 22). The Georgia-born country star shared earlier this week, “my new song, ‘Land,’ is about overcoming the hurdles and curveballs life throws our way. We’ve all faced tough seasons that force us to dig deep and trust that even when our plans fall apart, God’s plans are still at work. I hope this song resonates with you and brings hope to anyone walking through a difficult time.”

“Land” is the latest song to release from Hubbard since he teamed up with Nate Smith on “After Midnight” in late 2025. He also collaborated with Graham Barham on “Whiskey Rain,” and released “Heroes,” “Park,” “Back Then Right Now,” “Dancing’ In The Country,” “5 Foot 9,” and more throughout his solo career. Hubbard, who said he might play “a handful of shows” with Florida Georgia Line partner Brian Kelley in 2027, is getting ready to hit the road with award-winning duo Dan + Shay. Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney are kicking off “The Young Tour” with Hubbard and Josh Ross on select dates this fall. Listen to “Land” here:
