Fayetteville In Top 20 For Basketball Fans, But Little Rock Not In Top 100?

There is no question that Arkansas Razorbacks fans have a lot to be happy about this basketball season! And there are a lot of great basketball programs across the state, whether you're a Razorback, Bear, Red Wolf, or Golden Lion! According to WalletHub.com, however, some cities are better for College Basketball fans than others.

Using 9 different metrics, the personal finance website WalletHub put together a list of the best (and worst) cities for these fans. The criteria include the number of teams per city, the winning percentage of each, social media engagement, and a few others. What did they find?

According to the information, Fayetteville, Arkansas is #13 in the Small City category and #20 on the list of College Basketball towns overall! Meanwhile Little Rock, Arkansas was ranked #48 on the Medium City category and appeared at #194 on the overall list. Conway got #111 on the Small Cities chart and #260 on the overall chart, and Pine Bluff hit #109 on the Small Cities ranking and #188 overall! Jonesboro, by the way, came in at #129 on the Small Cities list and #236 on the total list.
